Finding Prosperity with Feng Shui

      The aftermath of tragedy always leaves a wake in its path. Besides grief, the consciousness of prosperity is very affected. This month, consequently, I am going to focus on prosperity and how Feng Shui can assist you to find it again. 

      Prosperity is the feeling that there is more than enough. Not just of money--but of love, time, joy, creativity, health and so on. 

      1. One of the biggest mistakes you can make is to look at your bank account, letting that determine how "poor" you really are. Why? Just because you might need more money does not mean that you are not wealthy in other areas- like love, for instance, especially when you have a super mate and fantastic friends. Or health if you, for example, just ran that 5 mile road race or have good knowledge in the alternative health arena. Some look at their children and family as their greatest treasure. But few people consciously acknowledge these things without a struggle. They are sitting with a calculator, a pile of bills, and shake their heads at the unkind numbers. Poverty-consciousness is ruthless. It can nudge itself into all parts of your life. Here is a suggestion: find the things in which you can honestly say you are wealthy in and focus on those gifts, instead of the bank account. Abundance has no numerical value; it is priceless! 

     2. In Feng Shui terms, if you are struggling for money abundance, first you have to be sure that your Family/Health gua of your space is as it should be. Remember that foundation money--rent, mortgage, food, and basic bills are dealt with in this area. (You cannot have abundance, more than enough, of money until the holes in your foundation are filled.) Be sure to hold in the Chi of this area. The symbolic Element represented here is Wood. Water and water imagery are great because water feeds Wood. But avoid fire (which burns Wood up) and metal (which cuts Wood 
like an ax). On the Family/Health Sacred Space, have a power object or image and empower it with the Three Secrets Intention Ritual: "I now have all the money I need, this or something better for the Highest Good, now occurs." 

     3. Apply the "Opposite-Attract Law" and go to the Child/Creativity area of your space. Be sure Chi is being held in. This area has the symbolic Element representation of Metal. All elements are okay here except fire, which melts Metal. On the Child/Creativity Sacred Space, you may address the money issue: "I am now creative in all areas of my life to attract the money I need, this or 
something better for the Highest Good, now occurs." 

     4. Go to the Wealth/Power area of your space. Be sure Chi is held in. There is no Elemental representation in Wealth/Power but it responds greatly to running water--whether a table water fountain or a picture of say, a waterfall. The Wealth/Power Sacred Space power object can intend: "I am now abundant in all areas of my life, this or something better for the Highest Good, now occurs." 

      5. "Opposite-Attract Law" applies here as well. Helpful People/Travel Chi needs to be held in. No Elemental representation here but do not forget the Helpful People Box. In it are cards of Helpful People in your life, plus those beings who are real pills to you and you want them to become helpful in the Highest Good. Into the box, place a piece of paper, that says, "The Highest Good invisible Helpful People are now here to bring abundance to me in all areas of my life." 

       6. Clutter-clear these four areas of your space. Remember: the Higher Power (or whatever your Spiritual Source is) gifts on the physical, emotional, mental, and Spiritual plane when space is made. 

      7. Breathe!
