It was quite comfortable working with Gabrielle; she speaks the language of symbols very fluently and that makes me feel totally at home. When she makes a suggestion--I see it, feel it, and I can breathe at ease when interpreting the idea to fulfill it from my heart. Gabrielle is open to you and your needs. Since putting into effect many of Gabrielle’s suggestions for my new home, I’ve become aware of a much easier time communicating with the man who is the builder of my home--even though there had to be a ‘healing crisis’ before the ease of the process begun. After a few enhancements to all of my Helping Spirit/Travel areas, I have seen that there are more friends calling to offer help with my move to my new place. My life feels quite a bit warmer than it did just a few weeks ago before I started making the changes. I would say, the Chi has found me and I am glad. I've noticed many positive changes in my life by applying the Feng Shui principles from Gabrielle's consultation and her book. One positive change concerns seven (7) Florida houses. Having the Feng Shui phone consultations with Gabrielle has been interesting (sort of like reading a good detective story- figuring out where, and why, the Chi is off, and then figuring out how to 'cure' it), informative (I've learned a lot), and FUN (I love her humor...). Gabrielle has been doing consultations with my boss and I, for the place where I work.   It's a nonprofit organization, and recently it was really struggling to stay afloat financially.   So, improving that specific situation was the initial thing we were interested in addressing.   But, we quickly learned from Gabrielle that it is more complex than just finding a quick fix. Before venturing into these Feng Shui consultations with Gabrielle, I wondered just how effective a phone consultation could really be.  But, I soon found that Gabrielle explains things very well, and makes sure you are 'getting' what she says to you, and that she is getting from you the information she needs to know about your building.   It was almost like we were walking through the building, with Gabrielle right there with us, as we talked about different areas. You can get into all sorts of specific details with her, and she'll ask questions to bring out more information about your individual situation.   The books just can't make it personalized for you in that way.  Also very helpful is the fact that she tape records the phone consultations, and sends you the tape--it's great to be able to listen to the consultation again. Since acting on the Gabrielle’s Feng Shui suggestions, We have found both small and big improvements happening with the financial situation of our business--more donations, better responses to letters that have been sent out, and also new 'Helpful People' coming forth and getting involved in the organization. There have been improvements in other areas also, such as in relationships between the people who work for the organization. It feels less divisive since we've begun implementing Gabrielle's suggestions- more like we are working better together as a team, for the greater good. I had taken Gabrielle Alizay's fine course on feng shui, so I was fairly well acquainted with its concepts and her cures when I had the privilege of reading an advance copy of her book, "Feng Shui for the Rest of Us," in August, 2006. There were only four things in the book that were new to me. Incorporating three of these cures into my home had profound and almost immediate beneficial results for my writing business.

The first was her insistence that the back of one's office chair not be open but instead have the seat and back connected in a closed manner. I went out and bought a new desk chair almost immediately. My lack of hesitation was partly because my old one hurt my back. The new chair looks and feels great.

The second was the addition of the red cloth between the mattress and box springs of one's bed. I bought a red velour bedspread at a yard sale and installed it using the three secrets intention ritual. I dedicated its purpose to improving my business and bringing me financial good fortune.

I was more hesitant about getting rid of the knife block in my kitchen. Gabrielle insisted that keeping knives in the block and visible was cutting communication in my life. My kitchen only has one drawer and finding a way to fit the knives into its already crowded space wasn't easy, but I finally did it anyway.

And the results? From mid-August through mid-December of 2006, I had almost more writing assignments than I could handle. I got two great new, high paying clients, one a referral through another client I had tried to get unsuccessfully months earlier, and the other someone who called me out of the blue. My marketing methods did not change, but my house did. After a two-week holiday rest, business cranked up again in January with four assignments in the first eight days of the month.

Without really trying, I feel I have become more diplomatic in my conversations with others. I now do a better job in my interviews and am more successful at getting busy people to talk to me.

So when Gabrielle speaks, listen and comply. She does know what she's talking about and her cures will help heal your issues.
